Bouchard Père & Fils - Bourgogne Blanc Chardonnay, 2021

Founded in 1731, Bouchard Père & Fils is one of Burgundy’s oldest wine estates and one of the largest landowners in the Côte d’Or. Over the centuries, the House has been devoted to attaining highly renowned parcels to produce exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Today the estate boasts 130 hectares of vines, of which 12 are classed Grand Cru and 74 are classed as Premier Cru.

The Bouchard Pere & Fils Bourgogne Chardonnay Reserve is blended from some of their vineyards and some from negociants in the region. It is smooth, structured, full-bodied, balanced, crisp, and clean with medium plus acidity and good length. The round palate features peach, pear, apple, lemon, cream, oak, almond, and minerals with hints of vanilla. Pair with shellfish, flaky white fish, and salad.
