Lauren Grube is from a small town in Michigan. She’s passionate about guiding others on their journey to health and vitality. With a degree in Integrative Health Sciences from American College of Healthcare Sciences (ACHS), she’s developed a deep understanding of holistic wellness. For as long as she can remember, she has searched for solutions to help her gut, skin, athletic performance, energy, and happiness. During that time, she spent years in treatment working with the top Holistic Practitioners and Doctors to figure out what the true meaning of healing from within meant. Her personal experience with health and dietary challenges ignited her desire to pursue naturopathy. Through her own journey of healing, she discovered the power of natural remedies and integrative approaches, which inspires her to help others achieve their wellness goals. She takes pride in crafting tailored dietary and health solutions for each client, fostering a supportive environment where transformation can flourish.
